Lovely Pool Area

This hotel has a wonderful location right by the ocean, making for fantastic views and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The service is genuinely impressive, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the rooms left much to be desired, with maintenance issues and renovations that created quite a disturbance. Overall, it's a decent choice if you're looking for a place to stay in Santa Marta but be prepared for some inconveniences.

The Park Hotel has an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and bars. While the rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning, they do feel quite dated and could use some upgrades. The breakfast was lacking variety, and the pool area, although pleasant, doesn't make up for some of the shortcomings in the overall experience.

I had quite the adventure at this hotel. While the location is perfect for exploring the Sierra Nevada and the surrounding areas, the room conditions left much to be desired. On the bright side, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a bit more enjoyable. My stay at the Park Hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the friendly staff who were eager to help and the prime location right near the beach. On the other hand, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear, with quite a few maintenance issues that detracted from the comfort of my room.
